Black Stallion offers a budget friendly entry into the Junkbox tonal realm. However, do not be fooled by it's stature in comparison to larger Junkboxes. Black Stallion is a tonal stud that delivers the fuzz and respectable feedback. The fuzz output is grinding, unrelenting and of great lofi tone quality.

Black Stallion runs on AC Power or 4 C-Cell Batteries. This unit features a carrying handle that stows conveniently into the unit. A built in tie wrap allows the power chord to be secured. The Headphone jack on this unit went bad so an Output Jack has been installed on the front of this unit. A toggle switch has also been installed to switch between "AMP" and "PEDAL" modes. With the toggle switch in the down position, Black Stallion is in "AMP" mode and functions as an amp with the signal coming out of the internal speaker. With the toggle switch in the up position, Black Stallion is is "PEDAL" mode and the internal speaker is killed and the signal is sent to the 1/4" jack labeled "OUTPUT." In "PEDAL" mode Black Stallion can be used in conjunction with Output Control Box #31 and be used as an effects pedal in the signal chain.
